Applicant Information
By entering the event you and the group members agree that The Cookham and Maidenhead Arts Trail may use your information solely for the purpose of promoting this event and that only your “public details” will be printed in publicity materials. Public Liability insurance is compulsory. Insurance of your work will be your own responsibility.

1) Venues must be open and stewarded from 10am - 5pm.

2) A place on the Art Trail costs £35 for every individual artist. Your £35 will pay for one photo listing in the brochure and cover all other advertising and organisational costs, including a 2 week group exhibition at Norden Farm. This fee does not cover individual venue hire costs.

3) Applications and images should be submitted by Wednesday March 31st 2021.

4) On acceptance, Art Trail payment must be made by Friday 30th April 2021. All payments should be made by bank transfer to Account no. 12136651, sort code 40-31-05 with your initial and surname as reference.

Images may be cropped or manipulated before publication. By submitting the images the artist is giving permission for the material to be used in the brochure, the website and social media.  The brochure images are an important tool for the public to decide which venues to visit.
