Sugar Creek - Campership Request

Campership Procedures
Sugar Creek works to help every camper to have the opportunity to come to camp. We view this process as a partnership between the family, congregation, and the camp. 

To help our limited campership resources assist as many campers as possible, we ask that both the family and the congregation contribute as much as they can toward the program fee. Award amounts are based on financial need. Camperships are limited to one session per camper. 

To process campership requests, a camper registration form and a deposit ($100) are required. This can be completed online or through mail. Contact office@sgrcreek.org or (608)734-3113 for assistance, if needed. 

If your family cannot pay the deposit, please contact the camp office. 

Campership requests must be submitted and approved prior to your camper's week at Sugar Creek. We are not able to honor requests for camperships once campers arrive at camp.
