The City of RHE is conducting a horse census in effort to further enhance and evaluate the needs and emergency preparedness goals for our unique equestrian community. This information will be used for emergency purposes only and not reported to other entities for any other action outside emergency preparedness.  

 The City recognizes the unique needs of its equestrian community and is committed to integrating equestrian considerations into emergency preparedness, evacuation planning, and public safety efforts.
