Application for "Certified Sustainable Finance Analyst - CSFA" Certification Waiver Form
This form is used for CSFA applicants who have successfully completed the required curriculum at an accredited partner institution (university or college) and have received satisfactory scores or completed capstone projects.

Applications will be reviewed and verified with relevant institutions. Any misinformation - intentional or unintentional - will result in rejection and may subject to permanent ban from receiving the CSFA credentials.
