Volunteering at Goa Sunsplash is more than helping run a festival. It’s a chance to step behind the scenes, meet beautiful humans, learn how things come together, contribute your energy, and become part of a community that makes the Sunsplash experience what it is.
If you love music, people, creativity, collaboration, and the beautiful chaos of making a festival happen, you’re in the right place.
Before you dive in, a few things to know:
☀︎ Take your time.
Some of the questions are designed to help us understand you, not just your experience. Read the instructions carefully before answering.
☀︎ Complete all relevant sections.
All sections of the application are compulsory.
☀︎ Selection is at the sole discretion of the festival organisers.
We receive many applications and unfortunately cannot accommodate everyone.
☀︎ All on-ground volunteer roles will take place across Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Friday will also include a mandatory orientation for all volunteers.
☀︎ Volunteer Deposit
- Post-selection, all volunteers will be required to pay a ₹2,000 refundable deposit to confirm their place.
- The deposit will be refunded within 1 week of the festival ending, provided you complete your volunteer commitment.
- Cancellations are allowed only until 2 weeks before the festival. After this point, the deposit will not be refunded.
- No-shows, or volunteers whose involvement is terminated due to inappropriate or unacceptable behaviour, will forfeit the deposit.
☀︎ You will receive one meal per shift, in addition to festival access.
☀︎ We do not provide stipends, accommodation or travel.
