OVSS 2025-26 Expression of Interest Form
Please fill out the form (one per player) below to express interest in registering for tryouts with OVSS for the 2025-26 season.  

Information from this form will be used to set up access for your player through the Hockey Canada registration site.  Please note that this process can take up to 48 hours.

All players who tryout with OVSS will be required to pay a $25 fee to their home association as part of the fall registration process.
