PAYMENT POLICIES

A non refundable/non transferable deposit of $2000 is required to reserve your spot on the expedition.

Balance of funds must be received more than 90 days prior to the departure date. Failure to pay the balance before the due date will result in loss of deposit and the termination of your reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

No Exceptions, all cancellations MUST be made in writing.

Deposits are non-refundable. Within 90 days of the start date, the balance is also non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the departure date will receive a refund of the balance (less the deposit).

Cancellations made within 90 days of departure date will not be refunded, therefore we strongly recommend all guests purchase trip insurance from a third party insurer such as www.insuremytrip.com

If we manage to fill your cancelled spot and the trip is full, your deposit will be applied to any future trip with us departing within one calendar year of the cancellation date.

If we fail to fill your cancelled spot, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you do not apply your deposit towards another trip with us within one calendar year of cancellation of the original trip, you will forfeit your deposit.

TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICIES AND RECOMMENDATIONS

WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSS OR DISAPPOINTMENTS CAUSED BY REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

All of our expeditions work with wild animals. There is no guarantee that you will see any of the animals that you hope to. Every encounter is different and lasts only as long as the animals permit.

In the event that it be deemed necessary for Big Fish Expeditions Inc. or our host operator to cancel or interrupt an expedition due to weather or any “Act of God” which is beyond our control, there will be NO refund or credit issued.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND that each guest purchase comprehensive trip cancellation/interruption insurance.

By entering my name below, I acknowledge that I have read, I understand and I agree to be bound by Big Fish Expeditions Inc Travel Insurance Policies and Recommendations as described above: *

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement. This waiver/release must be completed by each guest.

I understand that wildlife safaris and trekking activities involve encounters with potentially dangerous wild animals and that I am putting myself at risk of serious injury and/or death, and/or property damage. *

I hereby release, waive and agree not to sue Big Fish Expeditions Inc., their owners, employees and representatives; host operators, owners of the host operation, guides, employees, and their agents; from all liability to myself, my personal representatives, assigns, heirs and next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claim or demands therefore on account of injury to my person or property or resulting in my death, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation in wildlife safari and trekking activities, whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise. *

I hereby assume full responsibility for any risk of bodily injury, death, or property damage, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation in wildlife safaris and trekking whether foreseen or unforeseen and whether caused by the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, I hereby separately agree to indemnify and save and hold harmless the releasees from any loss, liability, damage or cost that they may incur, now and forever, arising out of or related to participation in these activities *

I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE RELEASE AGREEMENT, I UNDERSTAND IT, AND I AGREE TO BE BOUND BY IT.

MODEL RELEASE

This release is completely optional but would be highly appreciated. Images taken of guests during the expedition may be used for advertizing future trips, illustrating magazine articles and they may end up in a variety of stock commercial image libraries.

By entering my name below, I hereby give Big Fish Expeditions Inc., their assignees, licensees, and legal representation the irrevocable right to use image(s) containing my likeness in all forms and media in all manners, including composite or digital representations, for advertising, trade, video documentaries or any other lawful purpose. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished product, including written copy that may be created in connection therewith.I am of full age (18 years or over), I have read this release and fully understand its contents.
