The one-day event, "CryoEM Data Processing Seminar 2024," will focus on processing cryoEM data using the two popular software programs: RELION and cryoSPARC. It will cover the entire Single Particle Analysis (SPA) workflow, predominantly focusing on small and medium-sized particles, from sample preparation and data collection to 3D model reconstruction and validation. Additionally, we will discuss strategies for choosing, assessing, and managing the processing workflow, as well as how to deal with common problems in data analysis. This seminar is intended for those who already have some experience with cryoEM data processing and are currently processing their own data, even at a very basic level, and would like to expand their knowledge of strategies and options in SPA data processing.
