Questions/Comments:
By submitting this order form and choosing 'I agree' (equivalent to your e-signature), you are agreeing to our terms and agreements. Please note that Midnight Toast is a home-based business. The license Midnight Toast holds it a first-tier, Minnesota Cottage-Food Producer license. While we do practice sanitary baking procedures (wearing gloves and hairnets, constantly washing hands, separating our work place from non-baking materials, sanitizing our work place and mediums...), we are NOT responsible for any mishaps that happens beyond the point we hand you your order or refunds after you have received your order (UNLESS you have received the wrong item). We strive for high quality control, but there may be minor flaws in some products and sometimes our baked goods will NOT look 100% like the one in a photo we posted earlier. All of our products are baked at a high temperature and NO raw materials are utilized. All of our containers are food safe containers purchased from Amazon and Clear Bag. During the summer, we keep our products cool in an Igloo cooler with ice packs. While our toast can be kept fresh in a freezer, please ONLY purchase what you are able to finish (we are open most weekends) as the taste and texture may change after 2-3 days. Our products have short expiration dates because we do NOT add any additives or preservatives. Most of the food materials we work with are purchased from Costco, Whole Foods, Oriental Markets, Trader Joes, and other common groceries stores. Our work place is NOT nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free: there is a potential risk of allergy from our integrated work place. Please read our product ingredient list carefully before purchasing an item (midnighttoastmn.com). Thank you for your time and understanding. *
