We zijn super blij om te horen dat je ons wilt helpen met dit evenement! Reclaim the Seeds zal plaatsvinden op zaterdag 28 maart 2026 in Ecodorp Zuiderveld (Alfred Hitchcockstraat 42 Nijmegen). We kunnen je hulp ook gebruiken op de bouw- en afbreekdag (resp. 27 en 29 maart) Voor lunch en avondeten wordt gezorgd voor alle vrijwilligers!

Op de volgende pagina's beantwoord je een paar vragen over wat je voor het festival kunt betekenen en hoe we ervoor kunnen zorgen dat we de juiste mensen op de juiste plek zetten, zodat het evenement een succes wordt! Reclaim the Seeds (RtS) is begonnen als protest tegen zaadwetgeving, politieke invloeden en het verlies van biodiversiteit binnen de landbouw. Het evenement promoot het gebruik van bijna uitgestorven of vergeten groenterassen, productiemethoden en het behoud van kennis om de gezondheid van onze bodems, mensen en dieren terug te winnen. Hiervoor komen workshops, lezingen, discussies en kunst samen om mensen te helpen meer te begrijpen over hoe ze een verandering in de wereld kunnen maken. Wij hopen een deel van deze verandering uit te maken met Reclaim the Seeds!

We are super glad to hear you are willing to help us out with this event! Reclaim the Seeds will take place on Saturday, 28th of March in Ecovillage Zuiderveld (Alfred Hitchcockstraat 42, Nijmegen).  We can also use help on the day before and after the festival. Lunch and Dinner are provided for you as a volunteer!

On the next few pages you will answer a few questions about what you're able to do for the festival and how we can make sure that we will put the right people in the right place, making the event a success!

Reclaim the Seeds (RtS) started out as a protest against seed legislation, political influences and loss of biodiversity within agriculture. The event promotes the use of nearly extinct or forgotten produce, production methods and knowledge to be retained, and win back the health of our soils, people, and animals. For this, workshops, talks, discussions and arts bond together to help people understand more about how they can make a change in the world and we hope to be a part of this change with Reclaim the Seeds!
