Meeting Room Reservation Request
Reservation Request - Fill out and submit this form to request a reservation for the large meeting room. Before requesting your time and date please consult the calendar below to determine if your desired time is available. Please request the room for enough time to prepare for and clean up after your event. The cost is $50 for four hours, and $100 for 8 hours.  You will be contacted by the Library by the end of the next business day to confirm the details of your reservation. You will have three business days to come into the library to sign the Meeting Room policy. We ask that you not pay or pick up the key more than 48 hours before your event. Requests will be honored on a first come-first served basis.
