Membership Form - Effective from Jan 2026

Please Note:

- All memberships will be of 1 Year duration beginning on the 1st of the month of application. (*except monthly trial)

- Access Card/Fob included with all Club Memberships excluding Pavilion, Teen and Junior memberships.

- €10 per card/fob thereafter

- Once full application details are received through this form, a live Payment Link will be emailed to you to complete membership payment

Membership Categories - Please choose appropriate Membership option below. If you are unsure check here for details. *

Family Membership: Covers 2 adults & up to 4 children, U18, for all sports - €440

Family Membership First Time: Covers 2 adults & up to 4 children, U18, for all sports - €375

*Family Membership Plus: Covers 2 adults & up to 4 children, U23 in full time education, for all sports - €500

Single Adult Membership - Covers 1 adult for all sports - €275

*Student Membership - Covers a member 18 years and over in full time education - €135

*Country Membership - Must reside more than 15KM outside Carlow & be a full member of another club - €135

Teen Membership - Must be aged between 13-18 on 1st of January of the year of application - €100

Junior Membership - Must be aged between under 13 on 1st of January of the year of application - €65

Veteran Membership - Must be aged over 66 - €135

Badminton Only Membership - Covers 1 Adult for Badminton only - €125

Badminton Only Country Membership - Must be a full member at another affiliated club - €100

Squash Only Membership - Covers 1 Adult for Squash only - €190

Squash Only Country Membership - Must be a full member at another affiliated club - €100

Monthly Trial Membership - Full Adult Membership for 1 calendar month (Ts&Cs apply) -€35

Pavilion Membership - €50
