Alumni Fund: Eagles Helping Eagles Grant Fund Application
The ALUMNI FUND is administered by the Eagles Helping Eagles Grant Fund Committee, made up of members of the Alumni Association Board of Directors, with oversight by the Office of Alumni & Family Relations. The purpose of this fund is to invest in projects that benefit student life, and/or the Concordia community at large. Student clubs and organizations or any organized student collective may apply.

Applications will be reviewed with preference given to funding projects that will have a lasting impact on campus by improving the students’ educational experience while developing students into wise, honorable, and cultivated citizens.

The Eagles Helping Eagles Grant Fund will focus on one-time gifts or special projects rather than create a culture of dependency by funding the same thing year after year.  However, alumni value tradition, so ongoing support may be considered.

The Eagles Helping Eagles Grant Fund Committee meets quarterly (October/January/ April/ July) to make recommendations to the Alumni Board of Directors for funding. Urgent requests that cannot wait until the next Board meeting may be considered by the Committee, subject to certain limitations.

Process to apply for an Eagles Helping Eagles Grant:
1. APPLICATION:  Fill out the application below and submit in a timely manner.
2. INTERVIEW: Applications that are complete, thorough, and meet the above criteria will be reviewed and considered for an interview. The representative on the application will be contacted for a virtual interview to present your request for funding to the Alumni Fund Committee,
3. DECISION: The Alumni Fund Committee will deliberate and make recommendations for funding to present to the Alumni Board of Directors. You will be notified of the decision by the end of the month, if not sooner.
