What’s Your Why?  Survey - 2026-27
WHAT’S YOUR WHY? is a Catalyst run campaign that encourages everyone to share their reasons for staying substance free. By sharing your reason for choosing to live substance-free, you encourage others to follow in your path and strengthen your own resolve to avoid substance use. 

We sometimes use member's responses in our advertising in the Statesman and Sportscenter scoreboard ads. If you give us permission to share your quote, we will contact you before using it to let you know where it will be posted. You can also choose to keep your responses private.  We will still include your response as part of a larger data set, but we will never share your name or your specific reasoning without your permission. 

We are also asking you to share where you like to eat or hang out in the area. The Community Connections committee  will use this data to seek partnerships with these businesses to share our messaging over the next year.  Thank you for helping us spread the message!!
