(b) Na impossibilidade de pagar o valor da inscrição ou do sinal ou por necessidade de outra forma de pagamento, devendo descrever a situação;
(c) Se a transferência não for realizada com indicação do nome do participante enviar email com a referência da transferência ou uma cópia de talão multibanco ou comprovativo;

(d) Qualquer outra questão ou dúvida sobre esta formação.
