Santa Cruz United Football Club Request for Financial Aid/Solicitud de ayuda financiera del Santa Cruz United Football Club
If your child is invited to play for the Santa Cruz United Football Club, the club will work with families to create a financial aide package to make it work for the family. Please fill out the form below to begin the process. Your application will be reviewed and someone from the club will be in contact with you.
Financial aid voucher will be emailed to you which you can use during the registration process. The voucher will be applied to the initial amount. After the registration is complete monthly payments will be adjusted accordingly.
Please fill out a separate form for each child.

Si su hijo es seleccionado para jugar en el Santa Cruz United Football Club, el club intentará crear un paquete de ayuda financiera que funcione para la familia. Por favor complete el siguiente formulario para comenzar el proceso. Su solicitud será revisada y alguien del club se pondrá en contacto con Ud. Se le enviará por correo electrónico un bono de ayuda financiera que podrá utilizar durante el proceso de registro. El bono se aplicará sobre el importe inicial.
