Country Wonderland Christmas Market November 19 & 20
VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
- Vendors must submit a completed contract & be approved by ORE
- All vendors must abide by all Alberta Farmer’s Market Vendor Rules
- Vendors must operate under public health protocols and regulations
- Olds Regional Exhibition reserves the right to qualify, disqualify or restrict any vendor(s) at its own discretion
- Tables will only be guaranteed upon receipt of payment
- Two tables maximum per vendor; only those vendors not eligible for market will be contacted
- 9’ of frontage and 6’ of depth per vendor space (54 sq. ft.); this is to assure physical distancing plus fair and equal opportunity for commerce; this space allocation will be strictly enforced
- Tables are assigned at ORE’s discretion and on a first come first serve basis; no guarantee/promise of location
- Vendor List will be posted on www.oldsregionalexhibition.com & Facebook
- Vendors must remain in their designated area and respect potential distancing
- Vendors with food items must provide ORE the Approved Safe Food Handling Certificate upon application;
Certificate must be visibly presented at each market
- All vendor parking in designated parking; handicap parking available
- Possibly no access to ATM onsite;
- Concession open for duration of market
- Friday Market is in conjunction with Olds Midnight Madness
- ORE can cancel any market due to impact on public safety
- Set-Up: Friday from 12:00pm – 4:30pm; Vendors must be in place by 4:30pm
- Tear Down: Saturday from 4:00pm – 6:00pm
