Please take a couple minutes to complete this form to register for the Kansas City St. Andrews Highland Dance Association. As with last year, for EACH member there must be ONE form. If you are registering multiple people, multiple forms must be completed. If you are paying for multiple people, you only need to click on the payment link once (just make certain to list all the names for whom you are paying in the "notes" section).

Deadline for completion is January 31st, 2025. After this deadline, a $10 late fee must be added to the membership payment.
