Thank you for your interest in being part of the Eddington Carnival 2026 which will be held on the Eddington Cricket Field this summer.

Dates and times:
Friday 17 July: 1pm - 9pm
Saturday 18 July: 12pm - 9pm

We are looking for activities, entertainers, and stallholders to continue to make this event a staple in the Eddington calendar.

I understand there may be a fee which is payable at time of booking

I understand the trading dates and times and can commit to having my stall open at all times

I will provide proof of my public liability insurance and risk assessment to the organisers at time of booking (Food Hygiene certificate also required for food exhibitors).

Any electrical items I use must be PAT-tested

I understand that I need to bring my own gazebo and furniture/ display stands
