We are gathering a community of people who share our vision for dwelling on land together, practicing: 
  • Traditional heritage craft skills
  • Regenerative agriculture
  • Forest Gardening / Agroforestry
  • Alley Cropping systems
  • Keyline ploughing ON CONTOUR 
  • Biochar production to nourish the soil
  • Mob grazing

LAND-WORKERS.and skilled CRAFTSPEOPLE

Can thrive, be sustained and be full, active decision makers made about the land they inhabit, and community they are part of.

WITHOUT an OVER-LORD i.e a land owner!!

We propose to do this through 
  1. Using SOCIOCRACY as a decision making tool and a SOCIAL TECHNOLOGY.
  2. The purchase of land will be funded by a COMMUNITY SHARE OFFER.  With the voting power of the SHARE-HOLDERS limited to 30%.
  3. 70% of the voting power will be held by the workers co-op who dwell ON the land.
  4. The Purpose of the Land Trust, and structure of the community and the decision making tools will be completely explicit and transparent.
