VT Younger Adult Memory Study Eligibility Questions
Hello! Thank you for your interest in our study. This is a memory study meant to look at how different conditions during encoding (or study) impact episodic memory in younger adults. It includes two sessions. The first session will have a cognitive screener, some questionnaires, and a computer task. The next session takes place 2 to 3 days later (48 to 72 hours). This session includes some additional questionnaires and another computer task. The first session will take approximately 45 to 60 minutes and you will receive $5 cash. The second session will take approximately 60 minutes and you will receive $20 cash. These sessions will be completed with either a graduate student or an undergraduate research assistant.

Both sessions take place at the Williams Hall in Blacksburg, VA. You will receive more information about the room number once you have completed the eligibility questions.

We truly appreciate your time and consideration when volunteering for academic research!

If you feel comfortable participating in this study and do not have any additional questions at this time, please continue to fill out the eligibility questions. If you would like more information, contact Erica Shafer at esshafer@vt.edu
