Please note the $50 per child fee to hold your child(ren)'s spot(s) will be applied to the first week of camp (for example, if you have one child and pay $50 to hold a spot for that child you will pay another $50 before camp begins totaling $100). The $50 fee is nonrefundable if a child is pulled out of the program prior to the completion of their first week of camp. Payments will be due every Friday before each week of camp with the latest acceptable payment due on Sunday. Late payments on Monday are discouraged but accepted only via Zelle by 7am at the latest with a $15 late fee ($115 total). It is important that staff knows who will be in attendance in a timely matter so the camp day can be planned accordingly. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. WCA cannot guarantee placement if deposit isn’t paid in a timely manner.
