AMC's Fundraising Silent Auction is December 1st, 2-5pm. We need lots of volunteer help, please sign up!
Which Volunteer Shifts are you open to doing?
Feel free to write in other ways you can help in the other box!
Setup shift - 12:30pm-2pm - 4 people - Decorations, tables, sound system support
Door shift 1 & 2 - 1:30pm-3:00 & 2:45-5:00 - 3 per shift - Greeting and Ticketing, Raffle tickets
Auction Close (taking money) - 3:30pm-5:00 - 3 people - Collecting Bid monies (cash, PayPal Here)
Breakdown - 4:30-5:30 or 6pm - 4 people - Decorations, tables, sound system support
Bake Sale Manager - 1:30pm-4:30pm - 1 person - Manage the bake sale (setup table, collect payments, etc)
How many volunteer shifts are you excited about helping with?
For instance, if you plan to be there the whole time, setup to breakdown, you could do as many as 4 shifts. If you don't want to take a shift but are excited to support in other ways, please clarify any additional details not already clarified.
What skills do you have that will support you with the shifts you are open to doing? (eg. related work experience or otherwise)
