we have the honor to invite you to the 3rd edition of the Young Criminologists Forum, which will take place in Bialystok (Poland) between 13 and 15 May 2020, under the heading: „Criminological research and practice – national and international perspective”. In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and item 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (General Data Protection Regulation ) we inform that:

3. Your personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of registration and participation in the III Young Criminologists Forum "Criminological research and practice - national and international perspective" organized by the University of Bialystok.
4. The basis for the processing of your personal data is: art. 6 clause 1 lit. and the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. - the data subject has consented to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes and art. 6 clause 1 lit. b i.e. - processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take action at the request of the data subject before the conclusion of the contract.
5. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary for registration and participation in the conference.
6. Your data will not be transferred to a third country or made available to external entities.
7. The data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing as well as for the period required by law.
8. You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit processing, transfer data and object to the processing, as well as to withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
9. Whenever there is a circumstance that processing violates applicable law - you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
10. Personal data provided for the purposes of the conference will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
