    Does the page load quickly?
    Is each section of the page labeled with a topic or section heading?
    Are the pictures clearly related to the topic of the web page? (take points off for too many pictures/graphics)
    Are the tabs clearly marked?
    Do the tabs take to you different links that contain information about the same topic?
    Is the page clearly labeled with the author's name, contact information, copyright information etc.?
