This means that you must return the item in it's retail packaging, with the registration card and instruction booklet, and ship it in another protective container or envelope; do not mark or place shipping labels on the retail packaging. Returns not satisfying these conditions may be accepted, at our discretion, minus up to a 20% restocking fee.
