MAWOCC’s 4th Cohort Intergenerational Leadership Academy (ILA) — Women of
Color (WOC) Program begins on September 12, 2025. We are excited to invite you
to join this 12-week leadership training experience.
Program Focus
The ILA is designed to develop
and support women of color leaders as they advance their careers. Participants
will gain tools and strategies to identify, navigate, and challenge systemic
and structural racism that is often embedded in institutions, systems,
policies, and everyday practices.
The program also provides social-emotional support through
small learning and instructional groups, one on one coaching as needed, and
skills-building sessions. Participants will be empowered to grow as strong,
visible leaders while building a support system that responds to the racial,
gender, social, and economic inequities experienced by women of color.
