The email, as opposed to this form, is used for attachment purposes.  We realize it is easy for most to attach a few pictures (jpeg, png, tiff) or project proposals from a contractor (pdf) to an email.  This email should include pictures of the current state of the feature(s) to be altered and any design sketches or documents that give details such as materials and dimensions.  E.g., for new roofing or siding, provide a picture of the current roof and a picture of the desired replacement shingle or siding.  For a deck, one should provide a site plan containing dimensions, picture of material (wood, trex, etc) and picture of the color sample for stain or paint.
