The DHCD Business Lending Program offers Small Business Direct Loans to small businesses and nonprofits (up to 500 employees) of up to $2 million at 4% fixed interest rates for up to 30 years. Applications are selected on a competitive basis with an application window open for 1 month in late Summer/ early Fall.
