隨著無人機發展，將創造世界「低空經濟」（Low-altitude Economy, LAE）。一旦形成共識．未來將掀起全球市場顛覆性的成長。所謂以低空空域（乃指1,000公尺以下，或可延伸至4,000公尺之空域）為依託，以載人、無人航空器低空飛行所衍生之經濟活動為主，包含通用航空產業，廣泛涉及運輸、物流、旅遊、巡檢、安防、基建、營造、檢測（橋樑、道路、邊坡、建築等），甚至擴及農、林、漁、牧、礦等行業延伸的產業鏈概念。
