Residents 2023 Disaster Recovery Unmet Needs Survey
PURPOSE
The City of Little Rock's Community Development Division seeks input to assist in drafting an action plan to spend approximately $20 million in federal funding to assist with the ongoing response to FEMA disasters 4698 (https://www.fema.gov/disaster/4698)  for tornado  that hit Little Rock in 2023. The funds are provided by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program. The CDBG-DR Program works to rebuild areas affected by disasters.

Community feedback will help shape the plan's final version to address long-term recovery and restoration of housing, infrastructure, planning, and economic development in areas affected by the storms.
