2023 Hinsdale Winter Holiday Window Mural Program - Business Sign-up Form
The Creative Arts Network and the Village of Hinsdale are partnering to coordinate the 2023 Hinsdale Winter Holiday Window Mural Program. This program will match your business with talented local artists to design and paint your windows in time for the holiday season!

The cost of the program to businesses is $250 (depending on mural variables). This fee includes program coordination, mural design and painting, project materials, recruitment and securing of talented local artists, event promotion, and more.

LIABILITY WAIVER - I, the undersigned BUSINESS, hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, and WAIVE any claims, actions, or suit of any character, name or description that I may have against the VILLAGE OF HINSDALE, as well as the WESTMONT SPECIAL EVENTS CORPORATION, its officers, staff, agents, employees, artists, and representatives as a result of any injuries or death received or sustained as a result of any work performed at and/or related to this Window Mural Program that is hosted, coordinated, and assisted by the Westmont Special Events Corporation, which is the parent organization to the Creative Arts Network sub-group. *

ARTWORK WAIVER - I, the undersigned BUSINESS, hereby understand the artwork may fade, peel, or be washed off by precipitation if painted on the outside (fading may still occur in the inside) of the windows. I understand that if I choose to have the artwork touched up by the artist I am responsible for any payment to the artist if agreed upon before any work is done.  *
