1. Requests must be submitted to the board no later than 90 days before the event.
2. ATC would prefer only one request per event. You may request as many items as you need but if you have several people working on your event be sure to co-ordinate all their needs before submitting your request.
3. The presence of one of our staff members may be required to operate/maintain some of our more sensitive/expensive equipment, which may require additional fees.
4. It is your responsibility to provide appropriate transport and technical support for any equipment you borrow.
5. Your event will be required to pay any repair/replacement fees on our equipment due to damage or loss during the event. Debts must be paid in full no later than six months after your event date or 30 days prior to Anime Detour whichever is shorter.
