Open for Business! Lake Oswego Survey
In an effort to continue to promote and support our local economy during the COVID-19 crisis, the City of Lake Oswego and Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce is compiling a list of open/operating businesses throughout Lake Oswego.

Please complete this survey to submit business information that will be shared publicly on the City's website, emails, social media, and the Chamber's newsletters. Please fill out fields accurately and completely.

Businesses must comply with Governor's Brown executive order. If your business is closed due to the executive order, please clearly indicate you are closed, but that gift cards for future services may be purchased (if applicable).
