Food attitudes questionnaire administered by the European Sensory Science Society (E3S)
Researchers involved with E3S may have approached you to ask if you would like to complete a short survey which includes some basic demographic questions, and a short questionnaire on food attitudes. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to complete.

All information collected is confidential and, although results might be published, no information that could lead to your identification will be disclosed in any reports on the project, or to any other person. The research data is stored on a password protected database where it will be kept securely for 10 years, after which it will be destroyed.

You do not have to participate if you do not want to, and if you do chose to participate you may choose to withdraw at any time without giving a reason.
