Lake Arbor Jazz Festival Vendor Registration Form
Thank you for your interest and inquiry to become a vendor at the 8th Annual Lake Arbor Jazz Festival.

Taking place on Saturday, July 8, 2017, 12:00 - 8:00 pm on the grounds of the Lake Arbor Community Center in Mitchellville, MD, this event showcases top flight local and regional jazz artists from the greater Washington, DC and Baltimore areas. This year, we are expecting over 5,000 attendees! The types and prices of vendor booth space are:

Food Vendor - Regular ( 10x10 ) $250.00
Food Vendor - Large ( 10x20 ) $375.00
Merchandise Vendor ( 10x10 ) $200.00
Merchandise Vendor ( 10x20 ) $375.00
Information Vendor ( 10x10 ) $150.00

To be considered to become a 2017 Lake Arbor Jazz Festival vendor, please complete and submit the registration form. In order to purchase your vendor booth, you MUST obtain an approval access code once your participation has been approved by our vendor coordinator. Vendor approvals and purchase of booth space will begin March 6, 2017.

Please note that vendors requiring electricity must provide their own power supply.

Lake Arbor Jazz Festival reserves the right to decline vendor requests at its sole discretion.
