Personalized 5k Training Programs
Whether you want to get a new PR (personal record) in a race, run your first 5k, or just simply start to run (and actually enjoy it) more, then this is the program for you!

Prices vary depending on the number of days per week you chose to run/ do my workouts (choices are below). Each plan is 4 weeks long and if you choose to continue on past 4 weeks, we will reevaluate your regimen and possibly add another day or 2 as you gain more endurance and strength.
