Ingenium Schools Parent/Guardian/Student/Employee Complaint
Ingenium Schools takes the complaints of students, parents, and employees very seriously.

For a complete description of Ingenium Schools policies and complaint procedures, please see your school's parent/student handbook, or select the option, "I don't know what type of complaint this is," below.

Complaint Definitions:

Title IX, Harassment, Intimidation, Discrimination, Bullying, and Hazing: If you feel your student has been bullied, harassed or hazed based upon a protected class such as race, religion, gender, gender identity, sexuality, age, or disability, including verbal or physical conduct, differential or preferential treatment or retaliation for reporting harassment, select this type of complaint.

Uniform Complaint: If you feel the school has violated state or federal law, including special education, limited English proficiency programs, charging pupil fees, or noncompliance with the Local Control Funding Formula, select this type of complaint.

General Complaint: All other complaints against any school employee, or the school in general.

If you are unclear about which type of complaint is appropriate for your concerns, you may contact the school principal, or if the complaint is about the school principal, the assistant superintendent.
