1. A person who is ready to facilitate one of the 7 challenges, one of the 7 spheres in the region they are coming from.2. Has the confirmation in writing of the overall facilitator to do that.3. Will participate in the breakout sessions of 1) the challenge 2) sphere and 3) region they are ready to facilitate in.4. Kingdom minded – seeking first the Kingdom of God and committed prayerfully to His Kingdom coming and His will being done in the geographic area where you are serving5. Credibility. Each participant must be an active member of a local church, recognized by the national leaders and respected by the different segments of the church as being in good standing in his or her immediate Christian community.6. Connection. Each participant must be a bridge builder, seeking to establish connections between God’s people, nationally and internationally.7. Cooperation. Each participant must work well with others, comfortably interacting and respecting them fully.
1. "Green Registration" for international delegates (to stay in Saro Maria Hotel): to be handled by the international facilitating team. 2. "Yellow Registration" for local (Ethiopian) delegates (to stay in other accommodations and commute to the venue): the list to be handed over to the Host Committee in Addis Ababa. Local registration cost applies.

* The registration cost above includes registration fee, accommodation based on single/twin (double) room as indicated for check in on 6 Nov and check out on 9 Nov and meals during the summit. ** Type of bed in twin/double room is subject to availability. *** TWC top leaders and Facilitators are invited one day earlier to arrive on 5 Nov for evening Board Council Meeting, Steering Committee meeting on the evening of 5 Nov and All Facilitators' Meeting on AM and early PM of 6 Nov. (One extra night's hotel room charge should be borne by each leader.facilitator.

I. Estimated subsidized registration cost subject to the Host Committee's further review: USD75/person to cover six (6) meals during the summit.
II. Local participants under this Yellow Registration should commute to the Venue daily but those who need accommodation to be arranged by the Host Committee should inform the Host Committee in advance.
III. Foreigners under Yellow registration will not be subsidized and have to pay USD150/person to cover six (6) meals during the summit.
