I will participate in any training sessions to be provided by Nicholas Senn High School, if applicable, and agree to abide by all guidelines developed by the Board for the home use of the computer or mobile device. I understand my responsibilities as a parent/guardian and violation of policies will result in my child’s loss of privileges and participation in the 1:1 Chromebook Program. I agree and understand that replacement costs or repair costs for damages or loss not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty that occur to the computer or mobile device while it is signed out are the sole responsibility of the undersigned parent/guardian. I am giving consent for my child to receive the computer or mobile device for the 1:1 Chromebook Program.
