Bates 1st grade to 2nd grade Family Input for 2018-2019
This is your opportunity to give us information about your child for the 2018-2019 class placement process.  This survey will remain open until April 3, 2018.

It’s hard to believe that it is already time to begin the process of placing students with teachers for the 2018-2019 school year.  We are fortunate to have a wonderful staff.  Although teaching styles may differ from teacher to teacher, the content of the curriculum remains the same within the grade level.  It is our mission to “Champion Learning - Develop, Educate, and Inspire!”  

When placing students, we consider many criteria to provide a balanced educational experience for all children.   Your input is an important part of the placement process.  A great deal of care goes into making appropriate classroom assignments.  To maintain the integrity of this process, parent requests for specific teachers will not be considered.  

On this form you will find a request for more information about your child to assist us in the placement process.  Please complete this form on or before April 3, 2018.

Your child’s teacher assignment will be mailed to you in late August.
