Welcome to our first Cross-neighborhood racial equity and justice  Forum book club! We call it the REJ/Dignity Collaborative Book Club.  This book club is part of the Racial Equity and Justice/Dignity Collaborative ( a partnership with the Main streets of Hyde Park, Jamaica Plain and Roslindale) and the Racial Equity and Justice Forum on Hyde Park. The overall objective is to create and build awareness and a shared consciousness so that we can better work together to dismantle structural racism in our communities.

Our goal in creating this book club is to discuss, with equity focused community members, books related to race, racism, and inequity. We plan to take a deep dive into these topics to better understand others, ourselves, biases each of us bring and get comfortable with the discomfort as we aim to create impactful and positive change within our community, together.
