Filming Proposal Inquiry
This form is strictly for permit inquiries for Orem City Park's and other facilities. This process is for applying for future filming inquires that may include fee's and in certain circumstances require production insurance. Once we receive information, the permit registration and acceptance usually takes up to 3-4 weeks to complete.

Vehicles are prohibited from driving inside park. They must remain in the parking lot.
