The purpose of fob registration is to provide homeowner/resident contact information for follow up in case of problems. Please note per Article IV of our CCRs, use of Oak Hills amenities is restricted to the current resident - which can be homeowners or tenants, but not both. The first fob per lot is "free" with registration. Optionally, up to 3 additional fobs may be requested and registered for convenience, at a cost of $50 each. Also optional, fobs will be mailed to your primary contact mailing address for an additional $5, regardless of number of fobs. Any payment for fobs and/or mailing should be included with your annual assessment and special assessment payment, paid by check to the Los Angeles address (please reference your Oak Hills CMI account #: 95-"your 3-digit lot #") or online at www.communitymgt.com - look for "Payment Options" in the right column.
