Equipment Hire Bond Refund Request
Please complete the form once ALL hired items have been returned to the Equipment Hiring Coordinator. We will confirm all is in order once this form is received and arrange to have your bond reimbursed. If any items are damaged or not returned in the same working condition as they were received, we will notify you of this and your bond or part thereof will be used to fix or repair the items.

You are also welcome to indicate if you want to donate your bond to the Club as we are a registered Charity and all funds go back into the club services.
