  • 498x: Selected Topics & 499: Independent Undergraduate Research CAN NOT be double counted. Other than this we do not have any specific restrictions. 
  • Keep in mind that CMSC412 is a 4-credit course, and you can double count a maximum of two courses totaling 7 credits. The total cannot exceed 9 credits.

  • You are not required to double count three courses; you can double count up to 9 credits. Naturally, you may also choose to double count as few as 3 credits. 
  • 400-level (or higher) AMSC/MATH/STAT/CMSC coursework is eligible for double counting except for independent studies and special toptics.
