Deadline for Registration is Friday, Sept. 15, at 4 p.m.
The cost is $25 per adviser and per student and includes lunch in the Danna Center and a conference T-shirt. Checks should be made payable to "Loyola University" and brought to the conference registration table in the Danna Center from 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on the day of the conference, Thursday, Sept. 28. We will accept cash.
The conference will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the St. Charles Room of the Danna Center.
Please account for each student and adviser that will be attending the conference to get an accurate count for lunch, T-shirts and space requirements. We will follow up with an email to the adviser to get T-shirt sizes. If you DO NOT receive a followup email within two business days, please email email@example.com to confirm your reservation.
The conference will be held primarily in Loyola's Danna Student Center and Loyola's Monroe Library. Free parking is available in Loyola's two parking garages. There is no on-site parking for buses, but there will be a student drop off area in front of the Communication and Music Complex Building that faces St. Charles Avenue.
