8 Week Shred
This 8 week shred is perfect for anyone looking to shed some fat, build some muscle and gain a SH*T TON of CONFIDENCE. I chose this program specifically for individuals like me who have busy schedules or maybe already live an active lifestyle because this program is only FOUR days a week so the other three days you can have for yourself! Each workout is only 30-40 minutes and believe me when I say you don't need to workout for hours a day to get result! You will also have access to a flexible meal plan to follow for best results as well as healthy recipes and certified nutritionists to teach you the ins and out of why so many of us struggle with unhealthy relationships with food and how to fix them for good. Lastly you will have ME as your coach to cheer you on and hold you accountible every step of the way and a month worth of my favorite supplements thats get me through the tough workouts and help me recover from them as well! Each month I pick the BEST challenger and reward them for their accomplishments! Can't wait to watch you become the best version of yourself!
