Faculty Room Reservation
Rooms in Snead Hall support the instructional and research missions of the School of Business. There are three types of rooms that may be reserved: Breakout Rooms, Seminar Rooms, and Faculty Meeting Rooms. Requirements to reserve these rooms varies. Breakout Rooms are intended for GROUP USE by School of Business graduate and undergraduate students. To be eligible to reserve rooms, undergraduate students must have achieved at least junior status (at least 54 semester hours earned) and have a declared major (other than BFO) in the School of Business. Seminar Rooms are used for small classes and graduate seminars. They are also available for use by faculty, staff and Ph.D. students. Faculty Meeting Rooms may be reserved by faculty and staff for such things as committee meetings and working groups.

Please note that this is only a request and not a guarantee for the room(s). Please allow up to 2 business days for your request to be processed. If you are requesting a room for another party, please include the name and email of this party under the Event Contact and Event Email. Students should include their V number for verification of reservation eligibility. If you would like to receive a response as a requesting party, please include your name and email in the Notes section. An e-mail response will be sent to the Requesting Party and the Event Contact upon request disposition.
