Process & Guidelines:
There are two scholarships being offered. One for general population, and another for someone who identifies as any of the following: Person of Color; Gender Minority (Transgender, Genderqueer, or Non-Binary;) Person with Disability or Neurodivergence. Each scholarship includes admission to the event and meal plan.
Applicants should not be able to afford this event, or similar event, in the next year in their current financial state.
Applicants must complete this form AND submit at least one letter of recommendation written by community member(s). The social media community is acceptable. Letters of recommendation should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. They should include the author’s relationship to the applicant, as well as why the applicant is a good candidate for this event. Please put the applicant’s preferred name (as it is listed on the scholarship application) into the subject line. We cannot accept letters of reference through any other format or venue and do not accept pdf attachments.
Applications and letter(s) of recommendation must be received no later than July 1, 2019. The scholarship will be awarded on July 15, 2019. Scholarship will be awarded by Coru Cathubodua Priesthood.
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
To complete the scholarship process, receivers of the scholarship will be asked to register on Brown Paper Tickets using a discount code within 7 days of being awarded the scholarship. Failure to complete the registration process, will result in the scholarship being rescinded and awarded to another applicant.
